Privacy policy
NeonSong (neonsong.ai) is run by FlowMan LLC, a company registered in Ohio, USA. This page says what we collect, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it and how to delete it. Questions and requests: support@neonsong.ai. Last updated 2026-10-28.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address. You sign in with a code we email you; there is no password.
- What you make: prompts, lyrics, messages to the assistant, audio and images you upload, the songs we generate for you, and the pronunciation fixes you save.
- Credits and payments: your credit history. Stripe handles payments; we see the pack, the amount and whether it was paid, never your card number.
- Settings: that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and your language.
- Free tools: without an account, we count your uses per day with a one-way code made from your IP address that changes every day. We don't store the address. The BPM and key finder runs in your browser; your file is never uploaded.
- Server logs: our host records each request (IP address, page, time) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To run NeonSong: generate and store your songs, show your history, and charge and refund credits.
- To stop abuse and fraud, for example one free credit gift per person.
- To answer your emails.
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your songs, lyrics or prompts to train AI models. We don't publish your songs. We only email you sign-in codes and replies to your messages, no marketing.
Who else handles it
These companies process data for us, only to provide NeonSong:
- Clerk: sign-in and your account.
- Google (Gemini API, Lyria): your prompts and lyrics, and audio you ask us to analyze, to make and study songs. Under Google's paid-service terms it doesn't use them to improve its products, and keeps logs for a limited time to detect abuse.
- Anthropic (Claude), through Vercel AI Gateway: what you write to the assistant, the prompt helper and the free writing tools. Anthropic doesn't train on this data and deletes it within 30 days, or up to 2 years if its safety systems flag it. The gateway deletes prompts and replies once each request is done.
- Vercel: hosts the website, in Singapore. It keeps server logs for one day.
- Neon: our database, in Singapore.
- Cloudflare: stores audio and files, runs background jobs, and forwards email to support.
- Stripe: payments.
They may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
- Songs, lyrics, prompts, uploads and chats: until you delete them or your account. After you delete, they are gone within 30 days, backups included.
- Your account: until you delete it.
- Credit and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account, without your songs or lyrics.
- Free-tool counts: about a week.
- Server logs: one day.
Your choices
- Delete any song at any time from its page.
- Delete your account and everything you made: email support@neonsong.ai from the address you sign in with, and we delete it within 30 days.
- Email support@neonsong.ai for a copy of your data or to correct it. We answer within 30 days.
- If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with similar laws, you can also ask us to restrict or stop using your data, take it elsewhere, and complain to your data protection authority. We use your data to provide the service you signed up for, to keep it secure (our legitimate interest), and to meet legal duties such as tax records.
- We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.
Cookies
Only the ones the site needs: Clerk's sign-in cookies and one that remembers your language. Your browser also stores your light or dark theme. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Age
NeonSong is for people 18 and older. If we learn that someone younger has an account, we delete it.
Security
Connections are encrypted, and only we can reach your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
We post changes on this page. If a change reduces your rights, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies.

我们收集什么
- 账号：你的邮箱。登录用我们发到邮箱的验证码，没有密码。
- 你做的东西：提示词、歌词、和助手的对话、你上传的音频和图片、我们为你生成的歌，以及你保存的读音修正。
- 音符和付款：你的音符记录。付款由 Stripe 处理，我们只看到买了哪个包、金额和是否付款成功，看不到卡号。
- 设置：你确认过年满 18 岁，以及你选的语言。
- 免费工具：没登录时，我们用 IP 地址算出一个每天都变的单向编码来计每天的次数，不保存地址本身。BPM 与调性检测在你的浏览器里运行，文件不会上传。
- 服务器日志：托管方记录每次请求（IP 地址、页面、时间），用来维持网站运行和安全。
怎么用
- 运行霓歌：生成和保存你的歌、显示你的记录、扣除和退回音符。
- 防止滥用和欺诈，比如每人只能领一次赠送音符。
- 回复你的邮件。
我们不出售你的数据，不放广告，不用你的歌、歌词或提示词训练 AI 模型，也不公开你的歌。我们只给你发登录验证码和对你来信的回复，不发营销邮件。
还有谁经手
下面这些公司替我们处理数据，只用于提供霓歌：
- Clerk：登录和账号。
- Google（Gemini API、Lyria）：你的提示词和歌词，以及你让我们分析的音频，用来生成和分析歌曲。按 Google 付费服务的条款，它不用这些内容改进自己的产品，只会短期记录日志用于检测滥用。
- Anthropic（Claude），经 Vercel AI Gateway：你写给助手、提示词助手和免费写作工具的内容。Anthropic 不用这些数据训练模型，30 天内删除；被安全系统标记的最多保留 2 年。网关在每次请求结束后就删除提示词和回复。
- Vercel：托管网站，服务器在新加坡，服务器日志保留一天。
- Neon：数据库，在新加坡。
- Cloudflare：保存音频和文件、运行后台任务、转发客服邮件。
- Stripe：付款。
它们可能在美国和其他国家处理数据。
保存多久
- 歌曲、歌词、提示词、上传的文件和对话：保存到你删除它们或删除账号为止。删除后 30 天内彻底清除，备份也包括在内。
- 账号：保存到你删除为止。
- 音符和付款记录：按税务和会计法规要求的期限保存，删除账号后也保留，但不含你的歌和歌词。
- 免费工具的次数：大约一周。
- 服务器日志：一天。
你能做什么
- 随时在歌曲页删除任何一首歌。
- 删除账号和你做的所有东西：用登录邮箱发邮件到 support@neonsong.ai，我们 30 天内删除。
- 发邮件到 support@neonsong.ai 索取你的数据副本或要求更正，我们 30 天内答复。
- 如果你住在欧盟、英国或有类似法律的地方，你还可以要求我们限制或停止使用你的数据、把数据转走，并向当地数据保护机构投诉。我们使用你的数据，是为了提供你注册的服务、保障安全（我们的正当利益），以及履行税务记录等法律义务。
- 我们不出售个人信息，也不为广告共享个人信息。
Cookie
只用网站必需的：Clerk 的登录 Cookie，以及一个记住语言的 Cookie。浏览器还会记住你选的浅色或深色主题。没有统计或广告 Cookie。
年龄
霓歌只供年满 18 岁的人使用。如果发现有未满 18 岁的人注册，我们会删除这个账号。
安全
连接都经过加密，只有我们能访问你的数据。没有绝对安全的系统；如果发生影响到你的数据泄露，我们会通知你。
变更
政策有变化会更新在这一页。如果变化减少你的权利，我们至少提前 30 天发邮件通知你。
